Wave Church Norfolk is located in the heart of downtown Norfolk, just minutes from distinct neighborhoods and historical Ghent! Our service is made up of many backgrounds and walks of like, people full of life with a desire to see Jesus made known to the City of Norfolk. Every week we offer exciting praise and worship, relevant preaching with life application, a growing children’s ministry, and the making of genuine friendships.

Welcome Lounge
If you are new or visiting WAVE Norfolk, we would love to get to know you better. Come and join us at our Welcome Lounge, with tea/coffee and refreshments. This is a great opportunity to relax, meet new people and find out more about church life. Our welcome lounge is located in the foyer straight after the service.
WAVE KIDS
At Wave Church, It’s more than just a kid’s program! We are building for the GENERATIONS to come. Our goal is to develop a revelation of Jesus Christ in children’s lives which helps them love God, life, and people.
We have an amazing children's program for ages 0 - 12 yrs old.
Nursery to Pre-K
We know that children are a gift from God! In our classes we provide a safe and encouraging environment for them to learn and grow. This is an incredible opportunity to instill in young children how much God loves them. Our class lessons are based on great games and activities that share this truth!
Surf Club (kindergarten to 5th Grade)
Surf club is a high impact class with great teaching, fun games, our own “Surf TV.” And, big encounters with God! We are passionate about leading and equipping the next generation to become the leaders of the future.
Soul Central Services
Youth (6th – 12th grade)
Saturday nights 7:30pm @ Great Neck campus (bus leaves the Wal-Mart in the Tidewater Shopping Center at 6:00 PM)
Life (18 – 35 years old)
Wednesday nights 8:00pm @ Great Neck campus (bus leaves Old Dominion University Subway at 48th St at 7:15 PM)
