Well, here we are in 2021. Most of us were praying it would come sooner rather than later, look different than 2020, and yet we are still pivoting with decisions, being flexible and trusting Jesus every day. I pray you and your family are well and not missing the moments of everyday life that can prove to be the most significant and special.
I’m also wanting to update you with our plans for Devoted Conference. After a lot of prayer and wrestling with the decision, our team has decided we won’t be hosting Devoted this year in March. Since we still have a number of Covid restrictions in place here in Virginia, we determined it would not be feasible to do so safely. What we have decided to do is to push our Devoted Conference as we know it, to next year. For those of you who have registered, we are happy to tell you we will automatically be bumping your registration to 2022.
THAT BEING SAID, WE WILL STILL BE DOING SOMETHING THIS YEAR for all of you beautiful girls called, ‘A TOUCH OF DEVOTED.’ It will be happening during the week that our regular Wave Church Conference normally takes place, and will be shorter than our regular conference. It will commence on Thursday night the 5th of August and finish Friday night, August 6th. One of the significant highlights is that Kari Jobe and Cody Carnes will be with us leading worship on one of the nights! I truly hope you can join us. We love each of you girls so much and pray you can clear your schedule for what I believe will be a heaven-breathed moment in time. I might also add that Virginia Beach is pretty spectacular at that time of the year!
Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our Devoted community. We love and value each of you and I look forward to spending some time together in August!
Very Much Love,
