Caleb Generation: Serve & Socialize

Please join us as we honor and serve the Veteran community of RVA as well as remembering those who have served our country and honoring the sacrifice they made for our freedom.

DETAILS:
We will be collecting items for the Liberation Veterans facility and creating hygiene bags for the 30 residents who live at the facility (see below for list of items needed).

Saturday, September 14 Agenda:

  • Meet at the Glen Allen Campus at 1:00 PM to drop off our donations.
  • We will then carpool together to the Virginia War Memorial where we will have a guided tour of the facility and then be free to explore the museum areas.
  • Directly afterwards, we plan to head on down to Sweet Spot Ice Cream Cafe for a sweet treat and coffee (6 N. 18th Street, Richmond, VA 23223)

 

Items needed for the residents (need total of 30 of each):

  • Tooth paste
  • Toothbrushes
  • Deodorant
  • Mouthwash
  • Dental floss
  • Combs
  • Chlorox wipes
  • Hand sanitizer

Items needed for the facility:

  • Toilet paper

Parents Night

Join Pastor Steve and Sharon for an enriching evening of practical and biblical parenting advice. They will be answering your hard-hitting questions as we navigate parenting as a Christian today. They will offer insights on navigating challenges, fostering values, and raising resilient kids, while keeping God at the center of your family’s lives.

Connect with other parents in a warm and supportive atmosphere, leaving with renewed inspiration and a practical toolkit for your parenting journey. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain wisdom and build a stronger community of parents.

Worship Night

Join us for a special Friday evening  worship night at our Downtown Campus!
We’ll be diving deeper into our expression of worship and creating a space to linger longer in the presence of God than we usually do on Sundays.

This event will be standing room only, with limited seating available for those who may need it. In order to accommodate as many as possible, please be sure to RSVP.

Afterwards, we’ll be having a Block Party to continue the fellowship and celebration. We can’t wait to worship together!

Wave Church Richmond Flying Squirrels Night at the Diamond

Join us for a night of fun and baseball for the whole family at the Richmond Flying Squirrels Game on Friday, July 25th @ 6:35pm.

We have a special rate for our Wave Church family of $10.00 per ticket, and our own reserved seating section. Be encouraged to invite friends, family and neighbors to join in on this great night together. Hope to see you there!

All children under the age of 3 are admitted free, but must sit on an adults lap.

Men’s Summer Community Group

For all the men of Wave Church, join us for our Men’s Community Group with Pastor Steve during our summer semester! Each week we will hear from Pastor Steve as we go  through the book “The Way to Win” by Jeff Little and taking time to discuss in groups.

Royal Youth Summer Camp 2024

Summer Camp is one of the major highlights of the year for us here at Royal Youth and in any young person’s life! It is an incredible experience where we go away for a few days and truly encounter the presence of God and build relationships with others that will last a lifetime.

There is so much to do at Summer Camp, anything from the skate park, to the basketball court, the massive high jump, and the giant blob – a must in the lake! There is also insane Tribal Wars, powerful praise and worship, and inspiring preaching that will undoubtedly change your life. Summer Camp is a great experience that no Middle School or High School student should miss out on! We cannot wait to party with you at Summer Camp this summer!

Father’s Day

Join us this Father’s Day in church as we reflect  on the importance of fatherhood and celebrate the incredible role Dad’s play in our lives. After service, our Annual Father’s Day Competition will be happening. This year’s competition promises to be unlike any other. Dads, it’s your chance to showcase your skills, determination, and maybe even a little help from your kids to secure the coveted title of Father’s Day Champion.
