Faith and Fitness is a lifestyle group which aims to help members grow in their faith and in their physical fitness by setting goals and by providing resources and support to reach those goals. We will meet in person at the Iron Assylum in Kempsville area of VB every Saturday at 4pm and then go out to eat afterwards. We will zoom work outs if we need to! We would love for you to be a part of it!
