Jobs for Life

"Jobs for Life is a global Christian organization that empowers and equips churches as well as non-profits to address the impact of joblessness through the dignity of work. Students learn their value, overcoming roadblocks to success, the power of a positive attitude, conflict resolution strategies, job search techniques, building a resume and successfully navigating the interview process. Early and Cherese Jackson, key leaders at Wave City Care will be leading the classes. They are a dynamic couple with their own life coaching business, complete with years of seminar presentations and providing leadership to many. We are looking for people to take on the role of Champions (mentors) for the students. This will involve working with the students in a small group environment, looking over their career plans, homework and discussing relevant topics."
