Yes! Students who are graduating High School can still attend Summer Camp. You will register as a 12th grader based on your grade for the 2024/2025 school year.
We want to provide the best experience possible for your student, but there may be some limitations based on staffing, logistics and the camp environment that we must take into consideration. If your student needs a one-on-one buddy, we will be happy to work with you; however, we are unable to provide a buddy at this time. Please contact us at caleb.cox@wavechurch.com prior to registering your student so we can talk through your student’s specific needs.
Families will receive a parent email closer to the date of camp with all the camp information. If you have any more questions, you can always email us at caleb.cox@wavechurch.com.

We will send balance due reminders starting in May and a parent email with details about camp. Sometimes emails go to your junk folder, so please check that as well. FINANCIAL QUESTIONS
IF you are needing to set up a payment plan, please contact us to discuss terms and details at caleb.cox@wavechurch.com, and we’ll be happy to discuss options.
If you are in need of a sponsorship to camp due to financial circumstances. Full sponsorships are very limited and awared on a first-come, first-served basis. We also can offer partial sponsorships.

After signing up for Summer Camp, your money is refundable, up until July 27th. After this date, your registration will be non-refundable. In the unlikely event that Summer Camp 2025 is cancelled, your registration would be refunded.
We will have snacks and limited t-shirts available for purchase. While it is not necessary to send additional money, please free to send money at your discretion for your camper to utilize.
CAMP SPECIFIC QUESTIONS
There will be an emergency phone line for you to call and get in contact with your student. The number will be sent to you as part of the details email.
Camp Willow Run & Willow Springs features a state-of-the-art dining hall, which offers meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our team will be bringing snacks for purchase that will available to your campers during designated times.
If your student has food allergies, please indicate this on the registration form. Willow Run is set up to accommodate most food allergies. If your student has extreme food allergies, please email us at caleb.cox@wavechurch.com so we can work with you and Willow Run directly to make sure we can accommodate your student.
The dining hall at camp can accommodate most food allergies & dietary restrictions. Please be sure to note all food allergies or dietary restrictions on your student’s registration form so we can let the dining staff know. If your student has severe allergies, please contact us at caleb.cox@wavechurch.com. There are some situations where supplemental food may need to be sent to camp with the student.
Each camper will have their own twin bed in their cabin designated for their community group. Their camp leader will be lodging in the cabin with them.
Yes. We will have a security team at Summer Camp to ensure your students’ safety. They are background checked and interviews. In addition, Willow Run & Willow Springs provides their own 24/7 security.
We will have a registered nurse and camp parent present to help in emergency situations at all times during your students stay at camp. Should they need medical assistance, you will be notified and our team will attend to their needs.
