We’re so excited to have your child in Wave Conference Childcare and/or Kids Camp! So much has been planned to make this a fun, God-centered experience for your children. Each day is unique, creative, and special – just like our relationship with God! At Wave Conference, we have lots of fun planned for your kids to explore God’s goodness through worship, large and small group activities, bible lessons, and more. Below, are some important details to help you prepare for our time together.
Kids Camp (1-5th Grade):

*LUNCHES:
- Please pack an allergy free/disposable lunch for the day sessions. Due to allergies, no peanut butter or nut products in lunches or snacks. (Make sure to label lunches with child’s name. An extra item tag can be printed at check in)
- Lunchables will be available for a $5 purchase during the daytime check in – Cash Only.
- Nap/quiet time will follow lunchtime for ages 9 months to 3 years old.
*ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- Water Play – We’ll have different water play games and activities for the kids during day sessions. A towel and extra change of clothes are recommended to help kids dry off.
- Backpack & Diaper Bags – Each child is required to have a backpack or diaper bag with their name written on it. Please include the following items in your backpack: water bottle, lunch, change of clothes, towel, and sunblock. (close toed shoes are not required but would be helpful for outdoor play). Please include the following items in your diaper bag: diapers, wipes, bottle/sippy cup with name on it, extra clothes, blanket, and a comfort item.
- Personal Items: All personal items brought with your child should be clearly labeled. • Breakfast & Dinner: We ask that your child eats before being dropped off each morning and evening.
- In-Service Contact: Pay close attention to the child numbers going up during service. The numbers appear in red above the left and right screens. A text message may be sent as well if contact is needed.
- Allergies: If your child has any allergies we should be aware of, please make sure to notify a volunteer at check-in desk and with the volunteer in your child’s class at drop off.
