Devoted Conference has impacted my life from the onset because God always shows His heart for His girls – always! As a single mom, business woman & follower of Jesus – I find this an amazing and life-giving environment to locate myself in!

For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
I love, love, love the theme this year – “You Belong”, which is near and dear to my heart because of the importance belonging has on relationships. For years, I had been mentoring many younger girls individually because I wanted to leave a legacy behind of empowering the next generation. Last year during Devoted all the younger girls attending were prayed for during a special ministry moment. As these younger women were coming down to the front in droves, Pastor Sharon spoke about how important it was for the older women to impart wisdom and help the younger ones. My heart skipped a beat and I began to cry as God whispered into my heart that I needed to bring all the girls together – the ones I had been mentoring individually, and start a connect group (Bible study group) at my church. Almost a year later, everyone in that connect group is thriving and we are seeing God answer our prayers, we’re sharing experiences with each other, and cheering each other on through the different circumstances of life.
I believe that Devoted Conference allows women of all ages to be Divinely connected, and empowered to have a greater vision for the call God has on their lives, so they can go out and make a difference in their world, and most importantly influence others into a relationship with Jesus.
I encourage you to invite and bring as many sisters as you can, because we ALL belong at Devoted, because of Who we belong to – Jesus. Come and get refreshed, empowered, connected and simply have fun with all the girls – you won’t be sorry you did!
