Devoted – what does that look like? It looks like my pastor, Sharon Kelly, a woman with a vision to see all women come to know and live out their God-given purpose. It looks like the army of people, working behind the scenes, to help make this vision a reality. It looks like the countless hours of prayer seeking God’s wisdom and blessing, because we know that none of this would even be possible without Him!
Ladies, we are awaiting your arrival with great anticipation. It is our pleasure to serve you because we know this is our service to God. With this being said, this is what Devoted means to me:
Decide whom you will serve
Embrace the vision of your leaders
Value every soul entrusted to your care
Offer yourself totally with deep commitment
Tend the sheep God has given you
Enjoy the task set before you
Delight in knowing God is using you to touch lives
Lord, as we approach Devoted Conference 2016 let us keep our eyes on You as we serve the vision you have put on Pastor Sharon’s heart. May we be welcoming and loving to each and every woman whom you bring to our church. May they be as precious to us as they are to You.
