The Super Bowl

There are some things in life that cause a higher level of expectation and excitement. An easy example is the NFL Super Bowl. It’s just different and creates more excitement than any other “regular” football game. Why? Because it’s the Super Bowl! I love Wave Conference because it is a unique environment where God shows up in a special way. Dare I say – it is our Super Bowl! I am thankful to be a part of a local church that is called to host a conference. There are thousands of individuals who are looking for God and His Word promises that we will find HIM.
Jeremiah 29:13 MSG
““When you come looking for me, you’ll find me. “Yes, when you get serious about finding me and want it more than anything else, I’ll make sure you won’t be disappointed.” GOD’s Decree. “I’ll turn things around for you.””
I love this verse and translation in the Book of Jeremiah because it stirs my spirit to want God more than anything else. I am choosing to enter into conference wanting the presence of God more than anything else. I would encourage you to do the same. I wonder what might happen in our hearts if we got really serious. I wonder what might take place during Wave conference if only even just a handful of us were more serious about finding Him than ever before.
As we approach Wave Conference 2018, I wonder what would change right now if we got serious about finding Him. Who said we have to wait until August? What if we got serious right now and set an atmosphere for God to move in a way we have never seen before? I know that it may seem like a lot of questions, but I believe it to be worth asking. I believe God is going to shift something in our church. Wave Conference is the type of week that I don’t want anyone in our church to miss, so I will do everything I can to bring and pray as many people in as possible. I will be praying for you and the people you are believing to see be a part of conference this year. Let’s get serious. Let’s see God impact our church in the best way possible. Are you with us?!
