Wave Conference Devotional – Day 21

“But the fruit produced by the Holy Spirit within you is divine love in all its varied expressions: joy that overflows, peace that subdues, patience that endures, kindness in action, a life full of virtue, faith that prevails, gentleness of heart, and strength of spirit. Never set the law above these qualities, for they are meant to be limitless.”
Galatians 5:22-23 TPT

This verse reminds me there are no limits to the things of God. How disappointing would it be if we were able to reach a graduation level with God. But how exciting is it that there is always more of God to discover and experience. We can always become more like Him.

That’s why I don’t miss Wave Conference. It is an environment of faith that I put myself in where God moves differently. Whether its joy, peace, patience, gentleness, strength, faith, etc, it will be at Conference waiting for you. God is waiting for us and He is ready to pour out His presence. If I truly believe that – not only will I be there, but I will do everything I can to persuade those around me to be there as well.

I know we don’t host a conference for kicks and giggles – although we sure do have fun. I believe as a church we are called by God to host this conference. It is a vehicle God has chosen to empower His church and His people. This is humbling for me because I also know my faith and expectation affects conference. Let’s believe for revival at this conference. Why not?! Lets believe for God to move in such a way we all look back and remember, that was the year everything changed.
